1. Getting started
What is Prayer Garden?
Prayer Garden is a spiritual journey app where each prayer request becomes a seed in your garden and grows as you keep praying.
How do I plant a seed?
- Open the app and go to prayer request creation.
- Enter title, category, and an optional note.
- Save to plant the seed in your garden.
How do I start a guided prayer?
- Select your seed.
- Start the prayer session.
- Complete the prayer to register plant progress.
2. Garden, growth, and harvest
How does my plant grow?
Your plant evolves as you log prayers and maintain consistency.
When does something appear in Harvest?
- First seed: it may appear as an initial milestone in your journey.
- Additional seeds: they move to Harvest when you mark a request as answered in the “Is your prayer answered?” flow with “Yes, answered”.
What does “Yes, answered” mean?
It confirms that the prayer request has been answered. Once confirmed, the milestone is registered in your harvest wall.
3. Notifications
How do I enable or disable reminders?
Go to Profile → Notifications.
There you can adjust general reminders, prayer reminders, and daily verse alerts.
I am not receiving notifications. What should I check?
- Notification permissions in iOS or Android settings
- Whether reminders are enabled in the app
- Focus mode, battery saver, or system restrictions
- Correct time zone on your device
4. Subscription and premium
What changes in premium?
Premium features may include advanced prayer experiences, expanded usage, and enhanced spiritual journey tools.
I am a subscriber and something is not unlocked
- Close and reopen the app
- Check your Apple or Google account status
- Restore purchases when this option is available
If it still fails, send an email with issue details.
5. Account, data, and privacy
How do I request data deletion?

6. Quick troubleshooting
If the app is unstable, follow these steps:
- Update to the latest app version
- Restart the app
- Restart your device
- Check your internet connection
If the issue persists, send support details including:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Steps to reproduce
- Screenshots or screen recording when possible
