These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Prayer Garden app and related services provided by Rhema Studios.

By using Prayer Garden, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable laws and for maintaining the security of your device and account.

2. Subscription terms

Prayer Garden offers auto-renewable premium subscriptions:

  • Premium Monthly: USD 9.99 per month
  • Premium Annual: USD 39.99 per year
  • Free trial: 3 days (when available in active offers)

Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and App Store promotions.

3. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period

4. Restore purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases inside the purchase flow to recover premium entitlement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use Prayer Garden in a way that disrupts service integrity or security.

6. Intellectual property

Prayer Garden, including design, content, trademarks, and related assets, is owned by Rhema Studios and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

Prayer Garden is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhema Studios disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
